MELT METHOD and MELT Classes
How do I sign up for MELT Classes?
You can sign up for a class by contacting the YMCA or going to YMCA class schedule website.
How do I purchase MELT Balls?
Currently, I can order MELT balls upon request. An option on this website will be available soon.
Are their class Policies?
All facilities that hold MELT Method classes have studio policies. However, MELT is a very specific technique and most beneficial with a specific class setting. Their are requests that all students are asked to follow:
Please be on time and settled on your mat or space once class starts. Tardiness can be distracting for other students. If you are late, please make every effort to be quiet as you set up your space. If you are going to be late or leave early please do not enter class during the first 5 minutes and do not leave during the last 5 minutes.
Please limit talking or conversations during class or making loud noises (i.e. dropping rollers or clothing on the ground.)
The teacher will deal with all unnecessary distractions (i.e people entering class to get exercise equipment, fans or air conditioning, lights, etc.)
Please raise your hand if you have any questions during class.
